Big Top Babe Clown Costume

Send in the clowns, then send them home. The bodysuit runs rainbow stripe panels over the bust with a yellow polka dot center that plunges into a deep V, pom poms marching down the front and a high-cut leg opening underneath. The attached chiffon skirt gathers at the waist and flicks out into a short red tutu that bounces when you walk. Add the ruffled neck collar and the mini cone hat.
